I really should update my blog, shouldn't I? hahaha.. Terribly sorry for the late late veeerryy late new update, but it's just because I was sooo busy lately, but I really do have much! To tell.

Let me ask you something. Have you ever felt like suddenly you've changed a lot? The way you think, the way you speak, the way you feel, the way you do stuff, it suddenly changes, and I mean in a good way? Well that's what I felt after a month back in my home country, indo! Have lots and lots to share, thinking about vlog, though. But you'll just have to wait. I promise you I got heaps of new good stuffs! :)

But now I'm in my branding and identity class. so yeah, I'll post new stuffs asap! :D be happy!

Yes I'm home :) had a pleasant dinner with my family and my dad's older brother and youngest sister's families as well. met my cousin after 6 years no contact, I guess. Took a lot of pictures and had lots of laughters. I'm just glad I'm home :)

whew. almost a month since the last time I updated this blog. well. I've been busy. nah, seriously. I've been soooooo busy. got uni projects, work, and I was busy preparing for the musical play as well. but now.. I'm quite free.. yes. the word quite there is used because I still got two things to take care of.

1. Marketing Exam on 14th of June.

yes. I took marketing subject this semester and it has been a fun subject. learned many things, and it could be easily applied to design, in terms of selling it. business. you know. BUT! meanwhile all of the other 3 design subjects have projects due 3rd June, this marketing subject has one final exam which will be held on the 14th of June. where to be honest, I HAVE NOT touch or even read anything from my text book or lecture notes. argh. im so gonna regret this. im such a procrastinator. my room is clean, I've prepared all of the marketing materials in one place, but I have not! touched that. ergh. help?

2. Moving.

yes. yes. and another yes. I AM going to move AGAIN. this time, it's nobody's fault. it's just that the owner of our apt is going to sell this apt. so we have to move by the 7th of August. Nadia is planning to go for exchange in Germany anyway so, yeah, dont think we're gonna be housemates anymore. that's a bummer. but happy for her if she got accepted, though. anyways. yea. so im still looking for a house in south melbourne or southbank. this location is perfect for me. got a friend who's willing to be my future housemate, though. so I'm not really worried about that. but still... moving means.. finding the right house.. then having to pack everything up, another.. electricity, water, gas AND internet billing thing.. moving day.. running up and down trying to get my fridge and washing machine to the mover's van.. I don't mind setting it up, though. but yet, I know that it's going to be a looongg process. just wish I had my family and my own house here. so that I could settle in a house where I DO NOT have to move every 12 months. sigh.

BUT ON THE OTHER SUNNY SIDE, im going home on the next 11 days! OH MY GOD. I am sooooooo happy. cause i didnt go back home last summer, so its been a year since i step my foot in indo (exaggerating, but please. I'm happy and that rarely happens). gonna meet my family.. even my aunt from california is going back home! yayyyy.. gonna spend.. 3 days in Lembang, i think, my big family reunion.. arghhh so happy and sooo looking forward to it. I just wish theres no drama this time. lets face the fact. every family has drama right? but anyways... ssoooo haaapppeeeyyy.. gonna cut my hair, gonna shop a lot, gonna spend times with family and friends.. and im going to bali as well! arghhh laying on the beach.. so nice.. SO NICEEE. alrite. back to tetris battle. yeah. it's my new addiction. and oh! Scrubs. theyre reaaaaally good.

Just told that to a friend so that she could still be her self and do the things she loves. It’s depressing to face the fact that nowadays, what others think or say about a person, will affect their confidence and will surely hold them back in being themselves. It is sad.

So what if she’s different? Should you talk about her because she thinks the other way around? and what about that guy? are you being harmed if he does weird things? or if he dressed differently from everyone else? Ask yourself. Maybe, deep inside, you want to be like them. You want to be different. You just don’t have the guts. But guess what? They do.

oh how I wish I could say that. Back to school. after four months of holiday. and guess what? I do think that that's still not enough. I'm not sure I can directly get back right on track next Monday. there's gonna be lots of things to catch up but to be honest, I'm pretty excited! I guess the feeling of 'waiting for something new' occurs here. do you remember how excited you were when your school announced your new class? a list of names of your soon-to-be-classmates? then you shop for stationary, shoes, bags because you know you want to start something new, fresh from the start? that's how I feel every time holiday has come to its end and I'm preparing for another school year ahead. and now, I'm on that stage! summer class and summer holiday has ended, ehm, soon will end, and I'm preparing myself by buying A4 file for my notes! This time, it's a really money saver, and I'm really happy with it even though I know it's just another folder. have a look!

heyya! it's been quite a while since I've posted some really good, meaningful things here, isn't it? ah feel bad nih. oh no. you know what, lately, I've been using, speaking and listening to broken english. not good. not good. oh swell. there are two things I wanna share, though. I'll try to make it short and simple.

firstly, as you can see, I got a part time job now at one of the fast food company. better not say the name, though. NOT because I'm going to say something bad, but it just somewhat for the sake of privacy. anyway. yea, been working there for .. around two months now. since I'm working mainly in the front counter, I happened to meet many different type of customers. some are terribly nice, and some are.. yea.. annoying. and guess what, a customer did successfully made me cried one time. but of course he didn't know. and I was in a bad mood anyway that day, so no wonder I cried. but it only happened once, though. then I started to analyze the customers, and learn from what happen. for example, when they're angry/mad at you, don't take it personally. it's not your personality that they hate, but since you're the crew, they should complaint to you. who else could they complaint to? and when sometimes they became very angry because they have waited too long for their food, maybe they're in a rush. maybe they have to go somewhere more important than just buying their lunch. so we can't blame them entirely for being impatient.

but then, when a customer gave you a compliment on how polite you are, or even the smallest, thrilling thing that came out from your manager's mouth, man, it really cheer up your whole day. big time. then, I shared this experience to a good friend of mine, one night. and while chatting with him, I suddenly typed: but well, I think this is how our mentality is being challenged. how can we handle ourself when bad things happen, and in someway, it kinda prepare us to face the real world. not everyone is as thoughtful as your mother nor as nice as your best friend. they could be cruel and hurt you. this is just a way for us to learn again and again, and to prepare for the worst that yet to come in the future. another thing on the side, I also think that this is how we could train our persistence as well. when things were though, will you handle it, or bail out straight away? yea. many lessons. see, I'm blabbing much.

second of all. argh. so lazy to discuss about this, actually. I don't want to create any misleading post or any controversial one. but yes I have to say that I am terribly sad, not just sad, but also upset and muak, distressed, knocked over, disrupt, you name it, with the accident that just happened in indo. I think it was just 2 days ago. where two different groups of the same religion, had a clash and 3 or 4 people died because of that. the meanest thing is what I saw in the video. I regret it until this minute that I watched that video front to back. start till the end. it was just crazy, man. I can't describe it. I really don't suggest you to watch if you can't handle brutality. let say group X is against group Y, and group X is "winning". I saw 2 of group Y's members was .. I don't know wether it's lying or not, on the ground, dead already, I think, and X members are still hitting them with rocks and bat, once at a time. I saw how hard the hit time. can't imagine how it felt. IT WAS CRUEL. it was BRUTAL and BARBARIC. it REALLY was. the victim didn't move already. didn't move a bit when they hit them. so I suspect they're dead already. you want to know why it happened? it was just because group Y is having a meeting and group X didn't like it. group X wanted them to stop the meeting immediately and go away but group Y resisted. that's when the clash began and people are being injured until some are dead. I think that's ridiculous how

a. the government didn't do anything significant immediately regarding to this problem

b. the police, JUST ONE POLICEMAN, in the video didn't do anything, he just shouted: enough, stop! enough.. (and were just walking around) but people are still hitting them anyway

c. how old-fashioned the way some people still think and act even in this modern era.

it's ridiculous. it's more than that. it's sickening. it doesn't make any sense. they believe in the same religion, for God's sake. the only difference is the way they praise God. I could never stop thinking about this: even though there are different religions, but don't we praise and believe in the same God? the only thing that makes the difference is the WAY we praise Him. isn't it ironic how people want to show that their way is the BEST WAY meanwhile the object, the One that we praise, is THE SAME? it just doesn't make sense to me. I would never understand how these people think.

oh well. this accident has upset me already. better do something even more positive. I really hope by writing this harmless, so-many-grammar-errors yet straightforward post, I could at least change or influenced how some people think in the future. I just hope.

Man, I have just realized and really understand what that particular quote really mean. It hit me just now, that everything happens in a sequence, not all at once, and it just happens at that time. It won't happen again, because the time is up. Do you get me?
Put it this way. What you had in high school won't happen again in your future, right? The routine, the people, the activities... Also, a nice family quality time every friday night, I can't expect that to happen now because here I am miles away from them.

I just had the most delicious brunch I've ever had. Toast, egg, and salad, with olive!

Funny story, something hit me since last night, suddenly I were craving for olives. I thought I have to buy a jar of olives at safeway but damn I'm too lazy so I didn't go instead. This morning while I prepared my brunch, I opened the Greek Salad that I bought yesterday, and guess what. There's a pack of olives inside! You couldn't imagine how surprised and thrilled I was because now, I get to eat what I'm craving for! Olives! It's just so weird because I didn't know that they packed olives inside the salad package. Oh well, sometimes you just have to think of something you really want so bad on and on and on, and you might get it. The power of mind! (Blabbing much, huh?) Enjoy today!

I just spotted 3 bloopers from Friends TV series, season 1, episode 12: The One with the Dozen Lasagnas.

1. Joey mentioned Kip, Chandler's previous roommate, so it shows that Joey knew Kip. Where on season 5 episode 5: The One with the Kips, the gang once again mentioned Kip, but then Rachel asked Joey: do you even know who Kip is? And he answered: no.

2. The tissue roll that Rachel pulled across the kitchen, whenever the camera is on Rachel, we can see the long tissue roll. But every time the camera is on Pheobe, the tissue roll is gone, completely, as if Rachel has never pulled it.

3. Pheobe is a vegetarian, it's so obvious. But near the end of the show, Monica and Pheobe were eating the lasagna together even though it's clearly stated at the beginning that the lasagna does contain meat.

My USB has been helping me for a year now. It has never been broken or anything. I think I used it the most in the last couple of weeks. I went to Print Express 4 days in a row for crying out loud. But their services and print out quality is excellent. I highly recommend that place for great printing quality and still having a delightful service from the staffs.

Lots of things have change within a year and I mean A LOT of things. Let's start with coming here to Melbourne. Just a year ago.. I'm this clueless girl who has only been to Melbourne once just to check out the Uni(s), has no family or even any relative here too. A bit confused my self why on earth did I pick design in Swinburne anyway? As well as changing my mind in the last minute about not going to Billy Blue in Sydney instead. I can still recall my friend was surprised that I was coming to Melbourne because he thought it was fix that I'm going to Sydney.

Back home, daddy used to take care everything. Trust me, everything means everything. Household, any payments, computer maintenance, piano lessons, holiday trips, he took care of it. Yes he still does it too now, but my point is I've never took care anything serious in my life before. I'm like this spoiled daughter who had everything really smooth and 'perfect'.

I don't want to go through my rough days here, blabbing how bad things did happen to me, trouble came and went, because I don't like reminiscing sad memories. All I want to say is that now.. I've changed. I think I grew up a little bit. I feel different. I act different, I talk different, I think differently compare to my self a year ago. Now I listen to Korean band, for Pete's sake. Well I don't listen to them that much, but I gave it a try. That's how much I've changed.

The people around me are fairly different within a year. I'm thankful for everyone I have right now. I feel so lucky to have met them, and became friends since then. Not that I've forgotten my high school friends, they own half of my heart just like what my best friend told me. I miss them like crazy, here. But talking about living at the moment, I do thank God I have met such good people here. It brings out that feeling, you now, pure happiness, when you can make others laugh. At you, with you, does it matter, really?

Second thing, I cook, for the love of God. I know how to make pasta, I watched Jamie's Ministry of Food Recipes podcasts, I shop for the ingredients even though yes, my cooking skill is still on a very basic stage, but I cook. For those who have known me at least since junior high school, must have known what I'm like with cooking, kitchen and friends. Yup. I was never near the kitchen. I picked out snacks and Spongebob ice creams while my little brother helped my mom picking out real ingredients during monthly grocery shopping.

October 2009 I went to Festival Indonesia at Fed Square with Unilink friends, ate the food, watched the performance, introduced to a friend who was performing then, and who is now the guitarist of 'my band', and I swear to God, it never occurred me at that time that I was going to stand at that same stage the next year, singing to 100ish people, which I did. I think I can call it my band, the 8th Avenue, performed in Festival Indonesia on 24 October 2010. That's pretty amazing for me.

Did I sound like I'm arrogantly telling you all this stuff? Well, this is me being proud and happy and amazed all at once. Forgive me for any misleading statements, but yes, I'm happy that I've changed. I'm happy that.. Melbourne has changed me. You know how people say change is never a good thing? Well in this case, it isn't. Change is good. Do change, do feel the difference, do take the risk :)

Lastly, now I have a newly respect for designers. For logo designers, poster designers, book publication people, God what a huge work they have to go through! There's so much to think and re-consider in the making of a particular art work! From now on, I will never insult any kind of design form regardless how they overall look like because I know, and I mean I know, the effort and hard work behind all that.

What is this thing called love, anyway? Is it just as simple as a sincere compliment of how beautiful you look today, or is it way more complicated like compromising, accepting, taking and giving?

Mending tau lalu menyesal, atau tidak tau sama sekali?

I don't know about you guys, tapi gw sering mengalami kejadian dimana gw tau sesuatu, lalu gw jadi menyesal dan berpikir "mending gw ga usah tau hal itu dari awal". CONTOH. contoh paling klise yah. seorang cewe suka sama cowo. so far sih dia seneng2 aja jalanin nya. tapi suatu hari dia tau suatu fakta yaitu si cowo suka sama cewe lain. kalo gw jadi cewe pertama, mending gw ga usah tau aja si cowo suka ama cewe lain. dengan gitu I can mind my own business, dan gak usah pusing sama "x factor" lainnya.

contoh lain. you're having a great week. you've done your assignments, your tutor loves your piece of work, your friends are all there, you're happy, and bam! you find out that someone doesn't like you. karena suatu hal. sekali lagi, mending gw ga tau fakta itu. biarin aja dia ga suka gw mah urusan dia, let me be happy gitu.

sounds so egois yah. tapi for some cases, man I prefer not to know something in particular, really. buat apa lu tau suatu hal yang nantinya bakal ngebuat lu down juga? mending kalo lu tipe orang yang bisa overcome dengan cepat dan ngambil hikmahnya. tapi buat orang2 yang melankolis? yang semuanya apa apa di pikirin? buat gw mending ga tau aja sekalian.

meskipun, di satu sisi, kasus yang diatas misalnya, kalo kita tau orang ga suka sama kita, misal karena kita... self-centered misalnya, ya ada baiknya juga. kita jadi bisa introspeksi diri. tapi setelah kita introspeksi, apakah it will guarantee 100% orang itu bakal jadi langsung suka sama kita? ngga juga, kan?

barusan kepikir 1 contoh lagi. kalo misalnya *amit amit* gw ternyata di adopsi, I prefer not to know that for the rest of my life. mending gw hidup di kebohongan yang at least bisa buat gw bahagia. well, if you put it that way, it sounds so wrong, really. tapi beneran, mending gw ga tau dari pada tau lalu sakit ati dan menyesal. but this is just me, you might think the whole opposite :)

kadang kita nggak harus tau semua hal. some things are, trully, better remain unknown. believe me. kalo misalnya temen lu lagi ngomong sama orang lain. blablabla. terus lu kepo, apa sih apa sih? dan mereka ga mau kasi tau, maybe they're right. maybe you shouldn't know that thing. mungkin kalo lu nggak tau, lu nggak rugi juga. toh kalo udah semestinya lu tau, soon or later lu bakal tau.

anywaaaaayy im not coming home for christmas. again. gonna celebrate my birthday alone, cause everyone is going back on novembah :( im alone. yeah but what so ever. JUST HANG IN THERE GUYS, i know next week and the next two weeks are submission weeks, but then, 3 months of summer holiday YAY!

kenapa lagu jaman dulu tuh lebih bermutu, lebih bagus, lebih berskill, dengan lirik yang bagus, aransemen sama komposisi lagu yang enak didengar? kenapa semakin maju kedepan, yaitu sekarang2 ini, lagu-lagu Indonesia justru semakin menurun dan bener2 jarang ada yang bagus dan bermutu? coba dengerin lagu2 ini. bandingin sama lagu2 "top hits" sekarang.

despite the video clip mungkin (yang dulu pasti udah superbagus juga), gw nggak perlu lah ya, kasih contoh lagu-lagu yang berkebalikan 180derajat sama yang gw kasih contoh di atas? kalian tau sendiri gimana pathetic nya keadaan musik Indo sekarang. baca juga deh comments yang di post di video2 itu. nggak cuma gw yang ngerasa musik Indo sekarang lebih amburadul daripada dulu. please, jangan nambah lagi band2 ga jelas dengan lirik yang amburadul. contoh lah para musisi lama yang emang kreasi nya jenius dan karya nya masih enak didenger sampe sekarang kayak: Chrisye, Warna, Sheila on 7, KD, AB3, Barry Likumahuwa, Base Jam dkk. and believe it or not, kalo sekarang gw dengerin lagi beberapa lagu mereka, mungkin terutama SO7, gw bisa merinding dan bener2 ngerasa kalo mereka bener2 pake cinta untuk ngebuat lagu itu. sounds lebay, but hey, that's what I feel.

even though, gw gak bilang kalo semua musik Indo jaman sekarang tuh jelek semua. ya enggak lah. masih ada yang bagus. kayak Maliq, Yovie n Nuno, Ran, Glenn, Tangga, Tompi, Sherina, dkk.

duh jadi pengen ngomong panjang lebar kan. tadinya padahal cuma mau ngepost video. hm. menurut gw gini. kayak misalnya ada 1 lagu ya.. okelah. gw ambil contoh. lelaki buaya darat nya ratu. menurut gw, itu aransemen, lagunya, basically bagus. catchy. tapi liriknya. plis deh. dari sekian juta kata yang bisa dipake buat lirik lagu, harus yah ngerangkai tiga kata jadi lelaki buaya darat? gw tau, semuanya juga balik lagi ke masalah market nya. masalah target market yang jadi aim para penulis lagunya. mereka tau kalo bakalan banyak orang yang suka sama lirik mereka. mayoritas bakalan suka. jadi mereka buat deh. sekalinya 1 orang udah berani buat lirik yang aneh2, itu bakal ditiru, di ikutin hampir semua band! coba aja perhatiin lagu2 lain yang liriknya kacau. bandingin sama lirik-lirik lagu jaman dulu.

agak sedihnya, sekarang teknologi kan udah lebih maju, mestinya bisa dong bikin lagu yang jauh lebih bagus lagi dari jaman dulu? tapi yang gw liat justru kebalikannya. jujur gw heran kenapa lagu2 yang... aneh itu justru didengerin terus menerus sama orang2. justru karena mereka dengerin lagu itu, pasaran nya naik, lagu itu semakin terkenal, semakin jatoh juga citra industri musik indo, menurut gw.

gw males nulis lebih banyak lagi karena ga mau menimbulkan kontroversial hahaha. padahal uda ga bisa stop in tangan dari ngetik hahaha. terus gw juga mikir, gw tau apa sih. baru juga umur 18 stengah, belum pernah punya gesture musik besar apapun, udah berani ngritik mereka mereka itu. well, one thing for sure, mereka punya keberanian, sih. they've got the guts to record their songs and distribute it through out the whole country (despite how terrible their songs are).

Indeed, I got with me this very important, most difficult question there will ever be. Are you ready? you really really ready? you really mean it? (maybe some of you have jumped to read the question already. lol) here goes.

What should you really do when you're injuriously bored?!

I mean, really! So I've got this plan, where I know exactly when should I do all of my assignments for wednesday, thursday and friday since last saturday. and I did my assignments according to plan! I told my self that I've got to finish them all by tuesday. why? because I only got one hour lecture on monday, and tuesday off. so there's no reason, really, not to finish my assignments. learning from the past, that all of the last minute works are very disappointing, I work my ass off to finish them all on monday and tuesday. and guess what? I did! and now? I got bored and I have no idea what to do.

So here I am, literally amazed by how managing your time can... sucks sometimes. I got nothing to do now, because I've finished everything! I've done my assignments due friday, for crying out loud! all I have to do is to print them all by tomorrow after class. isn't that great? (sarcasm tone)

WELL, I got this formspring thingy with me. Gw bukan tipe pemikir. Gw cenderung nerima semua informasi apa adanya. Misal. Lagi lecture, ato seseorang lagi cerita tentang sesuatu, gw bakal langsung nerima, istilahnya 'nelen bulet2', ga pake pikir panjang, langsung menganggap itu yang beneran terjadi. Sometimes it can be a good thing, but sometimes it is not. Gw orangnya jadi gullible. Gampaaang bgt di pengaruhi, ato "diracuni" berbagai macam informasi, despite its actuality.

Belum lagi gw orangnya lebih pake hati daripada otak. Contohnya, di kritik dikit, ato denger sesuatu yg ga enak, langsung bete, sedih ato gundah gulana (geli bgt bahasanya), intinya ga tenang deh. Padahal mestinya kalo mikir pake otak (logic), hal2 kecil kaya gitu ga usah gw peduliin daripada nyusahin diri sendiri.

Belakangan gw suka ngeliat quotes: think with your heart. Yaa that's not the exact word, but that's the point (beda yah sama 'follow your heart'). Dulu I used to agree with these quotes. But now, jangan deh. Jangan (terlalu banyak) mikir pake hati. Kadang otak harus di dahuluin. Kadang otak benar, dan emang kadang hati salah. Oke, contoh deh. Contoh ekstrim. Seorang wantia (x) jatuh cinta sama pria ber istri (y). Bahasa gw geli bener yeh. Yah mari kita analisa hati dan otak si x. Hati..uda pasti mau nyoba jalanin relationship sama y even though y udah married. Hati bakalan kuat banget di kondisi kayak gini, especially for us, women. Soalnya emang berdasarkan penelitian, dari sananya, cewe lebih pake feeling, dan cowo lebih pake logic. Makanya mereka justru saling melengkapi. Anyway, back to x and y, otak si x pasti sadar kalo dia ga bisa terus2an suka sama si y. Apapun respon y, x tetep ga bisa berbuat apa2 kan. Kalo y respon balik, artinya x berperan dalam 'menjerumuskan y ke jurang neraka' (serem banget). Kalo y nolak.. x sakit ati juga pasti. Serba salah emang. Tapi paling salah buat gw kalo di kondisi kayak gini, si x ngikutin quotes di atas. Hancur dunia.

Well, mungkin contohnya trlalu ekstrim, itu juga bukan nyindir siapa2, yg kepikir cuma itu hahaa. Cuma mau ingetin aja, siapa tau ada yang lagi gundah gulana, sering bergulat antara hati sama otak, tapi kok kayaknya otak kalah terus, itu harus di perhatiin. Kadang harus abaikan hati, dan tetep ngikutin otak. Pelan2 asal sadar terus :)

Topik lain yang kepikiran, pernah gak sih bertanya2, gimana ya gw bisa ada di sini? How did I get here in the first place? Barusan gw jalan ke tram stop, abis dr uni, waktu jalan, gw sekilas bener2 ngerasa aneh gw bisa ada di melben. 5207 km jauhnya sama orang2 yang udah 18 taun mengisi hari2 gw (cie). Damn it's weird. Kenapa gw? Kok gw bs di tempat itu, saat itu? Tapi sekilas doang sih, sekarang sih udah mikirin mau dinner apa hahahaha. Otak manusia. Aneh ya.

Speaking of dinner, gw catering sekaraaangg :D yiha. Terus kemaren baru beli rice cooker gituuu (iya, sama berasnya). Jadi, rice cooker nya org sini agak unik, menurut gw. Itu tuh cuma kayak.. Bowl.. Ada tutupnya. Masukin nasi, air, microwave 14 menit, jadi. Gile yeee. Dan cuma $6an. Hahaha ga pake listrik yg ky d indo gituu hehe.. Prtama tau taun lalu sih, pas prtama dateng ke ruma tmen gw dsn. Dia uda punya gitu. Tapi bener2 takjub tadi siang. Di tinggal mandi, nasi jadi men di microwave. (Hip, di indo juga ada rice cooker kali. Yang bahkan ga masukin microwave. Yang jadi juga pas di tinggal mandi. Zzzzzzz)

SUDAH KAMIS! Tapi tugas gw banyak juga sih. Huh. Malas. Tp gpp deh. Mood akhir2 ini agak bagus :) enjoy the rest of the week! :D

Talking about unfairness

If you feel like you've complaint much about how unfair your life is lately, compare to those who have everything you want such as money, house, or even a good love, take a good look at your surroundings.

There are people who live in the street, those who work their ass off for a day just to get money to buy lunch, and those who have lost their family members and beloved ones. Meanwhile you have a house to live, enough food for a day, and numbers of family and friends there for you, man, that's unfair.

What makes you think that you deserve all that and those less fortunate people don't? Think about it. We are all humans. We breathe, we walk, talk, smell, and feel most of the same things. Is it really their fault so that they're living in that kind of situation where we live in a better one? What makes them deserve to live that way? Even more, what makes you think you deserve to live in the situation you're living in now?

I'm not talking about those who was rich, but greedy and mean so that they become poor. But I'm talking about those who really was in that condition since the day they were born. Did they ask for that? No, I don't think so.

So it won't harm you just to be thankful for everything you have right now. Even small things that you think is normal, like a normal leg, for example. When you have an extreme pain in your leg, you'll wish for a heathy one, won't you? So why not be thankful for the healthy one that you have right now?

Too much infoooo. Okay need to stop. Haha have a nice week yaaa. Weekend is coming soon! Btw I'm performing tomorrow at Indonesian Film Festival opening dinner with couple of friends. Wish us luck! :)

If you pay attention closely to the lyrics, you'll realize that it's beautiful, really. A thought crossed my mind that this song can really express how one loves a person, truly. How he (based on the singer, it's a 'he') can only depend on this girl (or guy? Lol! Just kidding). How he realizes that she's the one, how he finally can't get over her like he get over the others (probably). Well, even though I first listened to this song when I was in 3rd grade, it's still nice to hear now, on my 2nd year of uni. They're geniuses, really. Oh how I wish I could make a song this long lasting :)

Never Underestimate

Haloo. Belum ada internet nih, kawan. Jadi sementara update lewat hp dulu. Nyehehe. Well, cuma mau share dikit aja. Beberapa hari/minggu terakhir gw bener2 ngerasain "pasti ada sesuatu dibalik sebuah kejadian". "Sesuatu" itu biasanya refers to good things. Dan emang iya. Misalnya aja.. Kemaren, abis pulang dari uni (enrollment), gw harus ke city karena mau benerin sim card yg baru gw beli, buat gw pake sebagai mobile broadband. Hm agak ribet. Jadi gw beli sim card, yang bisa gw pake di 1 alat mirip usb, yang intinya, usb itu adalah modem yang bisa jadi internet. Gw harus isi pulsa ke sim card itu, tapi ga bisa2 pas gw coba hari senin. Jadi kemaren (selasa) gw ke city buat minta benerin org nya. Dan bisa. Gw mikirnya: gw pake sim card ini in case emergency aja deh. Stelah pulang, ternyata pas bgt, gw emang perlu internet buat ngurus alokasi kelas. Padahal coba kalo siangnya gw males ke city buat benerin. Gw pasti kelabakan jg ngurus ini itu pas malemnya.

Mungkin contoh gw ga terlalu ekstrim. But I'm pretty sure kalian pernah ngalamin hal2 kayak gini. Terus, kadang kita juga dapet masalah tiba2 yang bikin kita sensi, bete setengah mati. Masih nyambung sama yg di atas, kmrn mlm gw ga bs alokasi kelas. Udah gw coba2, id gw ga bisa log in. Dan yang bikin keki, dari dulu bulan Mei, kami udah di pesenin, ga perlu alokasi kelas. Eh kemaren, tanpa pemberitahuan apa2, tiba2 di suruh alokasi kelas n dapetnya yang kelas sisa2 --" karena udah kesel+pasrah, gw email uni gw trs gw tinggal tidur. Yg mau gw ingetin, ga ada salahnya tiap ada masalah tuh kita doa. Bukan mau menyombongkan agama. Tapi kalo kita inget dan bergantung sama Tuhan masing2, percaya deh Dia bakal bantuin kita, even when we're sleeping. Tadi pagi gw dapet email dr uni, mreka bilang id gw ga kenapa2, dan udah bisa log in. Mungkin beberapa mikir: ah itu mah kbetulan aja kali.. Emang lu email mereka dan tugas mereka buat balesin n bantu lu. But I'm sorry, I'd rather believe that God put his work on this one too. No matter how ridiculously sickening situation you are in, never questioned God. He will help :)
